Question 2

2. In the chapter they mention using Java to learn worldwide. This would open our communication and learning to other countries and help us to understand them. This is a great way to learn more about technology and other people as well.

I would love to experience distance learning VIA Java. To think that the technology is available for me to learn European history from a professor that actually lives there would be amazing!

As I was reading chapter 6 I noticed there were many ways that educators use blogging to assist them in learning. Countries are able to practice their foreign language with other countries which can help the children comprehend the language they are learning a little better. For instance, students from spanish speaking countries are able to learn english from blogging with americans. That gives them the ability to learn proper english, but also "slang" words also. Technology is truly amazing isn't it.
